CAMPFIRES, KIDS, AND THE OUTDOORS
“Campfires, Kids, and the Outdoors is far more than a hunting and fishing book.
It’s a cover-to-cover guide to teaching kids life lessons in the woods and fields, on the water, and under the stars. Each chapter echoes his lifetime of experience raising kids to appreciate and navigate the majesty of nature, not by fearing it, but rather by instilling knowledge, decision making, and confidence. Geremy Olson’s treasure trove of photos captures the magic of family time spent together in the outdoors, and the joys of ending the day by sharing stories and observations before the hypnotic glow of a seductive campfire.”

Highly Recommend
Perhaps thousands of books have been written on parenting. However, none tell it like Geremy does in his riveting book on raising kids. His family is lucky. They all love the outdoors, but it occurred one kid at a time. The nuances of treating and listening to each individual young person made all the difference. This book lays out the program for getting the best from your children. It's also ideal for grandparents who are also helping guide grandkids. I highly recommend this book and would add it to required reading for families of all ages. Jim Kalkofen, National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame.
